Troubleshooting your TradingView connection

• Make sure you're looking in the Trading Panel at the bottom of the chart, not in TradingView's app store or marketplace.
• Kraken appears as "Kraken" in the broker list. If you don't see it, select show all brokers, where you may need to scroll down to see it.
• Try refreshing TradingView or clearing your browser cache.

• Confirm you're using the correct Kraken Pro credentials (email and password).
• If you have two-factor authentication enabled, make sure you're completing the 2FA step.
• Try disconnecting and reconnecting: select Log Out in the Kraken broker panel, then reconnect.
• If the connection is unresponsive or gets stuck, close TradingView completely, reopen it, and try again. This clears most connection issues.

• Balances update in real time but may take a few seconds after first connecting.
• If balances still don't appear, disconnect and reconnect your account.
• Confirm you have funds in your Kraken Pro account, TradingView displays your Kraken Pro balances, not a separate balance.

• Check that you have sufficient funds in your Kraken Pro account for the order.
• Confirm the market is open, some assets may have temporary trading halts on Kraken Pro.
• Check your order type, a limit order won't fill until the market reaches your price.
• If the issue persists, check your order history on Kraken Pro directly for any error messages.

• Wait 30 seconds, then try reconnecting from the Trading Panel.
• If the issue persists, clear your browser cookies for both kraken.com and tradingview.com, then try again.
• Make sure your Kraken Pro account is in good standing (verified with no restrictions or holds).
