Payout Review & Approval Process

All payout requests go through a manual review before funds are released. This process ensures compliance with the program rules and protects the integrity of the platform.

The review checks your trading activity for compliance with the program rules, including:

  • Copy trading - Mirroring trades from another account or service.
  • Hedging across accounts - Opening opposing positions on different accounts to manipulate risk.
  • System exploitation
  • Any other violations of the Evaluation Agreement and Program Rules.

Approved: Your payout is approved and funds are transferred to your main Kraken Pro wallet. You'll receive a notification confirming the transfer. The payout amount is deducted from your funded account balance, and your risk limits (Daily loss limit and Drawdown limit) are recalculated accordingly.

Rejected: Your payout is rejected and you're notified with a reason. The withdrawal lock is removed and the held amount is released back to your available trading balance. You can continue trading normally.

Reviews are typically completed within 12 hours of submission. The guaranteed maximum review time is 24 hours.

  • The payout amount is removed from your funded account balance.
  • Your Available for payout in the Portfolio widget updates to reflect the withdrawal.
  • Your risk limits are recalculated based on your new balance.
  • The funds are available in your Kraken account for withdrawal to an external wallet or any other use.
