The Organization Owner is the account holder who created the Organization. For the current flow, this is the user who completed business verification. The Owner’s email address can change through the regular Email Change flow. Expect ID verification and possibly a manual review as part of that process. Changing a Member’s access does not transfer ownership from one Member to another.
Organizations does not provide a self-service delete or revert action. Support can move a user out of Organizations after the required conditions are satisfied. The user record remains subject to the applicable data-privacy rules.
An Organization currently supports up to 100 accounts, including the main account. If your operation needs more, contact Support to discuss raising the limit. Account Roles keep access management practical as the number of accounts grows. See Accounts.
Balances belong to accounts, and each account is segregated. Members see and operate only the accounts their Account Roles cover. Two Members granted access to the same account work with that account’s shared balance.
Currently, each Member belongs to a single Organization.
No. Approving a request always requires a human Member, and Members can never approve their own requests. See API keys.
