If your device is lost or stolen, act as soon as possible.

Select Import existing wallet and enter your recovery phrase, or select Restore from cloud if you created an encrypted cloud backup.

  3. 3

Confirm that your wallets and accounts appear.

  4. 4

If you believe someone may know your recovery phrase or device passcode, create a new wallet and transfer your assets to it.

  1. 1

Install Kraken Wallet on a secure replacement device.

  2. 2

Sign in using the same email, Google, Apple, or passkey method.
