Import a wallet from MetaMask

You can import a MetaMask wallet into Kraken Wallet using its Secret Recovery Phrase.

Before you begin

Make sure you are using the official MetaMask and Kraken Wallet apps. Never share your Secret Recovery Phrase or enter it on a website.

Export your phrase from MetaMask

In MetaMask, open the account settings and follow MetaMask's instructions to reveal the Secret Recovery Phrase. The exact path may differ by MetaMask version.

Kraken Wallet imports the accounts derived from the recovery phrase. Tokens are shown only on networks supported by Kraken Wallet. If an account or token does not appear immediately, confirm that you imported the correct phrase and selected the correct wallet.
