Corporate events such as earnings calls, dividends, stock splits, and more are displayed directly within Kraken Pro(app/web) and the Kraken app.

Viewing corporate events on Kraken Pro

On Kraken Pro web go to the Trade tab followed by Market summary.This shows corporate events related to stocks you currently hold.

On the Kraken Pro app, tap Trade and then Corporate events.

Viewing corporate events in the Activity tab on the Kraken app:

Viewing corporate events on the Asset Details page

Asset details page: Displays corporate events (past and upcoming) for any stock, whether you own it now, previously held it or never owned it.

    Go to the stock’s Detail page: From your portfolio, or by using the Search feature, tap any stock to open its own details page.

    Scroll to the Corporate Events section: This section outlines both upcoming and historical events (like past dividends, mergers or symbol changes).

    Review event information: Tap the event to see key details such as date, type of event, any relevant payout amounts, or changes in share quantity.

Types of corporate events you can view

  • Earnings calls
    Dates and times when a company reports its financial performance.
    May include a link or summary of key earnings figures.

  • Dividends
    Cash or stock payments to shareholders.
    You’ll see ex-dividend dates, payout amounts and payment dates if applicable.

  • Stock splits (forward/reverse)
    Adjustments to share quantities. Forward splits increase your shares while lowering the price per share; reverse splits do the opposite. Stock splits do not change your total invested amount.

  • Mergers and spinoffs
    Information about companies merging or spinning off business units.
    May affect your shareholding structure or the ticker symbol.

  • Symbol changes
    If a company changes its stock symbol, you’ll see details on the new symbol and the effective date.
