How to fund your Beholder account

Beholder makes funding your account simple and secure. You can transfer funds from your existing Kraken account, buy crypto directly using cash, or deposit crypto from external wallets.

Almost every page within Beholder has the control panel on the right, which has Buy and Receive buttons. There is also the Deposit button located in the top-right corner of every screen. This means no matter where you are, funding options are available to you.

Follow these steps to transfer assets directly from your Kraken account into your Beholder wallet:

    First, you'll need to connect your Kraken account to Beholder by clicking the wallet icons in the top-right corner of the screen, then selecting Connect your Kraken account. 

    You'll then be taken to sign in to your Kraken account and confirm the new connection via email.

    Go to the Portfolio page of Beholder.

    Once your Kraken account is connected, click on the Transfer from Kraken button.

    Select the eligible asset you’d like to transfer.

    Enter the amount of the asset you’d like to transfer, or use the slider to select a specific percentage of your full available balance.

    If applicable, select the wallet you'd like to transfer to. Since multiple wallets can be added to Beholder, you can choose which one receives the crypto from your Kraken account.

    Click the Transfer button to initiate the transfer.

    If this is your first transfer using your Beholder wallet address, check your email for a withdrawal address approval request. Click Confirm address in the email.

    Note: You only need to approve the withdrawal address via email the first time you use a new Beholder address.

    After confirming your address, your transfer will proceed. You’ll receive a confirmation message indicating the transfer was successful. Your funds will soon be visible in your Beholder wallet.

Beholder supports crypto deposits on Solana and EVM chains (Ethereum, Ink, Optimism, Base, and Arbitrum). To deposit crypto into your Beholder account, follow these steps:

    First, either use the Deposit button in the top-right corner, or the side panel to select Receive from another wallet.

  2. 2

    This will display your EVM wallet address, but you can also switch to your Solana address using the toggle at the top.
